I'd need some help with the Cooler Master 700W Masterwatt Lite

So i'm bulding a budget build for some battlefield 1 with my friends sometimes,and i got an r9 270x an i5 2500k and an overclockable motherboard and i could get this psu for really cheap(30$) the Cooler Master 700W Masterwatt Lite.I know it's sufficient to hold the components,but could it potentialy burn them because it's only 80+ white certified?

80+ certification doesn't state if the PSU is safe to use or not, it only states PSU's efficiency.
Though, lower efficiency PSUs usually doesn't have solid build quality but that is not always the case. There are 80+ Gold certified PSUs out there which build quality is far worse than 80+ Bronze certified PSU. Here, you need to know which PSU makers are good and which are not. Sadly for you, Cooler Master Masterwatt Lite PSU is low quality PSU and i wouldn't use it.

For good quality PSU, anything from Seasonic will do just fine. For you, in 600W range. Your GPU is 180W, add the rest of the system at about 200W and total would be about 380W. 600W unit is more than enough, even for OC.
