Question ideal cpu temp ?

i have my cpu at 35-40c while ideal and around 60-65c while gaming or maybe less while under huge load.

is this fine or do i need a cpu fan bcs these all temps with no cooling at all

also i got 1050ti with 16g ram and a i7 2.8ghz on a sff machine - hp compaq 810 elite or maybe 20

Anything less than 75C under load is nothing to worry about
