Ideal safe temperatures for cpu and gpu

Hi there. I'm planning to overclock my laptop gpu and possibly cpu. I plan to overclock them a tiny bit so please don't reply telling me not to overclock a laptop. I have a ATI Radeon R5 graphics GPU and AMD A8-6410 CPU. I need to know safe temps for both.

Nothing above 80 for CPU, and nothing above 75 for GPU.
