Hello guys, I'm planning for a build. I've been planning for a build for more than 7 months, picking out parts and swapping for better value parts, and as I gain knowledge about pc's I know what's good and what's not. Can you guys give me a build that costs 1000 bucks that's good?

I just made a build for another person on the site from the UAE for ~4000 AED with an intel 11400 and 1660. It was cheaper and better performing than any attempt I had at building a AMD 3600 based system. Let my try my hand with another UAE build.

* I just realized that other user I referred to was you *

Did you decide to wait and do more research before you buy?

Well I just did another deep dive into those websites again and there are 0 in stock 1650, 1650S, 1660, or 1660s cards that are not 1800+ AED. It seems what you want is more of a hypothetical build because none of the prices where you are line up with even the last time I looked. For example last time I looks the 11400f was 685 AED and now its 900AED. Let me make 2 theoretical builds for you;

Intel -
CPU: 11400f - 700 AED

CPU Cooler: Arctic/Noctua/Coolermaster - 250 AED

MOBO: B560m - 600 AED

Storage: 1TB SSD/Nvme - 400 AED

GPU: 1650S - 700 AED

PSU: Brand name 650w - 400 AED

RAM: Brand name 2x16 3200/3600 cl 16/18 - 400 AED

Case: Lian Li/Fractal/Coolermaster - 400 AED

Total - 3,850 AED before tax / shipping

AMD -
CPU: 3600/x/xt - 900/1200 AED

CPU Cooler: Arctic/Noctua/Coolermaster - 250 AED

MOBO: B550 - 600 AED

Storage: 1TB SSD/Nvme - 400 AED

GPU: 1650S - 700 AED

PSU: Brand name 650w - 400 AED

RAM: Brand name 2x16 3200/3600 cl 16/18 - 400 AED

Case: Lian Li/Fractal/Coolermaster - 400 AED

Total - 4,050/4350 AED before tax / shipping

*Edited for Storage and price updates that reflect what you would expect them to be at MSRP in AED

For the coolers I'm just using the stock one on amd, while on intel I may get the arctic freezer 34 esports duo, so remove the 250 for cooler on amd. For ram I can grab it for 320 on amazon, For the psu I can pay 50 more and get the seasonic focus gx 750, for storage do minus 30, and the cpu costs 800. So with fans and the complete build it would cost 3800 or so. I'm not comfortable going with intel idk why (not because of prices). Can you recommend me a b450/b550 mobo for less than 600? (if possible with wifi). thanks

I was not using pricing for the cheapest possible but was rounding because this build is hypothetical to begin with. There were a few b450/b550 motherboards for around 600 that I saw with wifi. There is no point in looking up exact deals and links for your build because you are not planning on buying it right now anyway. All of these prices for the specific items will change in a month or 2 when you decide to finally buy the parts. The availability on all these different site will also probably drastically change. The most efficient thing for you to do is get the OKAY to buy and build from your parents first and then come back and post that you need a build from a list of sites and you intend to buy the parts that day. Only then is it worth the trouble parsing 3 different sites for 7 main components an finding the good deals on the 10s of different models for each part.

They agreed as long as the price is less than 4k. That's why I'm asking now, so if a sale comes in when I decide to buy, I don't have to wait and make a decision
The priority part to get would be the GPU. If you can get ANY 1650, 1650s, 1660 for 900 AED or less I would get it. Seems like this is going to be the hardest part to acquire. Next up would be 3200 mghz cl 16 RAM for less than 350 AED. Any AMD 3600/x/xt for 800 seems to be a decent deal. I will take a look at the motherboards.

I found the 1650 super for 725, but it's out of stock. Its gonna be in stock shortly, that's what the seller said at least. Found oloy 8x2 gb ram 3200 mhz CL16 for 320. There are great deals in the UAE. here.

These 2 motherboards are good. The MSI one is much better though if it comes back in stock;
