I have two identical Dell S2716DG screens and they also are set the same way for color profile in Windows and through the OSD, however my primary screen has weird black levels as can be seen below in the images.

I tried messing around with gamma and Windows color calibration but everything looks good with the levels except for what I think is video processing showing these weird black levels. I am at a bit of a loss here.

I switched cables, same result, switched cable ports on my KFA2 2070 RTX Super.

I have a gold rated Be quiet! Straight Power 11 550W, 80 Plus Gold (link) which I was told is enough when I am not overclocking.

Any help appreciated. I notice the same thing when playing 1080p video too with dark scenes.

They are A04 and A09. The one giving this problem is the A04 type.

A04 = weird blacks in video and gaming (but not images or the color black, such as in a web page)
A09 = weird blue tint
