identify 1.18" HDD

Does anyone know what kind of hard disk is the one in this picture? It measures 1.18" (3 cm) and it's the one found in the MID BENQ S6. I'm looking for a replacement of 8 GB or more. On the back there is:

I think it's s PATA SSD found in pocket pc's.Not sure

So it's not really a hard drive in the commonly used sense. Googling "benq s6 upgrade" didn't really find anything quick.

It looks like it's a 1.00" ssd with a 35 pin ZIF socket.

Yes, it's a zif pata 40 pin ssd. I have a benq mid s6 too. After a short check on internet, i realized the only way is to use the usb connector and a modified XP installation cd, to install the o.s. directly in an usb disk! If You have news about 8 gb ssd (benq s6) spare part, please ... tell me!!!
