Question Identifying an unknown CPU ?

Hello, I'd bought a lot of CPU's recently and I came across an unusual CPU that I cannot identify
I've been checking the internet for the last two weeks to try identify what it is yet nothing comes up.

It looks to be mobile Intel CPU with the markings and design, the backside looks to be BGA and was ripped from a board and one of the corners looks to have a red marker as I've seen on other mobile CPU's. The thing confusing me here is the CPU had an IHS, and as far as I'm aware no mobile CPU's use an IHS as seen on the desktop counterparts. The die design also doesn't match anything I've seen. I'm just curious to know what this CPU is, also don't mind the mutilated die, I don't know what happened to it either.

It appears that there are some letters and/or numbers in the upper left corner. However, I cannot make them out.

If you can read them then google the sequence with variations if necessary - e.g., spaces/no spaces etc..

Might turn up something.
