[SOLVED] Identifying old AMD FX cpu

Hello,

I'm sorting my old computer parts and have and AMD FX CPU with a motherboard but I cant tell exactly which CPU it is.

Does anybody know how to read the serial numbers on the chip to determine which CPU it is?

I'll attach a picture of my CPU below if I can, otherwise some guidance on AMD FX processor identification will be useful!

Typing in the number on the CPU into google should give you more than enough clues on which CPU you have,basically it should show you the exact model.

Yep, read the number off the amd cpu, nothing zeros and Os properly and then put the word 'cpuworld' after it. Usually brings me to the right cpuworld page, which is an excellent cpu reference tool.
