Identifying RAM

Yo guys need help with smthing. Smone please tell me wad type of ram is on my graphics card? (powercolour R9600pro) i went to the Powercolour website and there is no mentioning of wad access time it is. its samsung and the letterings in the ram goes like this :

K48263238E-GC2A
WVB156GD KOREA
