IDing a motherboard with no name

have tried 6 diff motherboard ID program with no luck and even used msinfo32 in the run box
need the specs for the board.
this is what I been able to find on the board

the motherboard is red with 4 black ram slots. have a pic but cant find a way to post it here

thanks a lot. that info help a lot. got the ram memory working right and a few other things that was working wonky fixed
