So, awhile back i purchased 2 of the MSI Optix MAG27CQ's and basically I was going to get a 1080ti to run that but it kinda sounds like they're going out of production, and i really don't want to spend more for something that I really shouldn't have to. So I was going to just go with a vega 64, but im wondering if that would be enough to have 2 2k displays. Also kinda wondering what settings I would have to play at if it did work nicely at the 144hz?

If you're going to be gaming on two monitors at 1440p you will never achieve 144fps with either of those graphics cards. The 1080 ti will get you closer though. Honestly, you probably want a 2080 ti or you want to use only one monitor for the game display. You are doubling the number of pixels the graphics card has to display so you are DOUBLING the demands on the card. Even with only one monitor at 1440p, this is what you'd be looking at with the Vega 64.

At BEST about 85fps depending on the title, maybe a little more. With dual 1440p monitors, ouch.

I meant im gonna have both of the monitors active, but im only gonna be playing on 1 monitor. The second monitor doesnt matter if its getting the 144 fps.

I can't really recommend any of the 2000 series cards when so many people are having issues with them. The 1080 ti would be better than the Vega card from the reviews I've seen and the high frame rates you want. It might also depend a lot on which games you plan to primarily play though.
