I know there have been countless threads about this, but I couldn't find anything about this:
My CPU usage is around 10% idle even though Task Manager is reporting that Chrome is using 1% for Spotify, Ableton in the background using ~1%, excel ~0.1%, etc, the point is that the final reported CPU usage is higher (by about 8%) than what apps are being reported.
Does this mean there are hidden apps (possibly a keylogger or something) running in the background and hidden away from the task manager?
Can anyone shed some light on this?
