Idle fan speed?

I have a HP laptop with an i7 and dedicated graphics and while the system is idle and not in use is a fan speed of 2500rpm ok?

I found that the fan in my system is:

I have two of those fans, one cooling the GPU and one for the CPU and under idle both fans run at 2500rpm.

They can't go faster than they are designed for....so it won't hurt them.

If it didn't bother me I would leave them be.

If it bothered me, I would look into possibly slowing them down. I'd look in the BIOS first.
