Idle freezing?

i just fresh installed win 7 ult but if i leave my system idle it freezes after about 10-15 min later if i do nothing and i have to restart it but while im on it its fine i ran cpu ram and hard drive tests and nothings bad so can anyone help?

possibly failing to return from sleep/screensaver mode. Is this a desktop or laptop, if so does it meet the required specs.

Check that you definitely have all the latest drivers and that they are all actually for win 7. Main drivers to check are chipset, audio and graphics.

Disable sleep/screensaver/hibernation and see if the issue persists. If not if you have only changed your OS and not changed anything in your built either run the repair utility for windows via the installation disk/iso or alternatively give it a fresh install.

all power saves have been set all parts are brand new had a few bad ram before but now its all good

I am having this same issue. What did you do to fix it? When my PC goes to sleep the LED on the front panel just blinks.

I just told it to not go to sleep but is there another option?

its in the installed OS some file setting didnt set right i fixxed by running repair from my windows 7 cd
