Question Idle Ryzen 5 2600x Temp Spikes

So I recently tried overclocking my RAM, which is Corsair Vengeance 2x8GB 3200MHz and was able to post at a stable 2800MHz. Then, after my system ran for a few minutes just on the desktop with nothing happening, im getting these random temp spikes of almost 10 degrees Celsius. The CPU fan also keeps ramping up to compensate for this which gets annoying.
if anyone can help, that would be greatly appreciated!

Motherboard: ASUS B450 - Plus
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600x
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2x8GB 3200MHz

The overlocking of your CPU or the electric leakage can make it ramp up.

I don’t believe I overclocked the cpu though, it should have only been the ram.
