Hello everyone who knows more about PC's then me!

I've recently checked my PC for problems since i had (seemingly) random FPS drops.
This is when i noticed my GPU and CPU temp we're on the high side.
My CPU was 95+ so i replaced thermal Compound for this and it's now smoothly at 50C. the GPU however is giving me problems.

When my PC is idle it reaches 50C-55C, if i start a youtube video it'll go up towards 60C, not too bad right?

Let's try starting up a game; i started World of Tanks, the GPU, within seconds, reaches 105C, Fanspeed goes from 40-60% straight up towards 100%. though it is not enough and the temp will stay near 105C.

What i tried: replaced the Thermal compound in the GPU, i also replaced the old and worn thermal pads in there. i used 2 drops and spread it evenly into a thin layer.
i used Spire SP-700/0.5, seller told me this was very much the same as Arctic Silver 5.

This did not change anything, i tried it again, thinking i maybe made a mistake applying it, to no avail.

Graphics card: 1024MBATI AMD Radeon HD 6800 Series.

Also it's important to tell you i Did clean my PC while i was doing this all, i used compressed air to remove all the dust i could find, which was embarrassingly much -_-.

Help would be greatly appreciated, please ask me anything you need to know to be able to be of assistance,
apologies for terrible grammar, i tried my very best to make it comprehensible.

Robin.

I guess it's what i expected, The Gpu is just broken.
I'm just assuming this since i'm getting no responses, and for whatever i tried to do to fix it, it didn't get any better.
buying New GPU is the answer.
