idle temperatures gpu/cpu

It is normal to have a higher idle cpu temperature than my gpu ?

My cpu on idle have 29ºc on load have about 47ºc
my gpu have on idle 24ºc and on load about 65ºc

cpu amd a8 6600k
gpu asus r7 250x 2gb
