Idle Temps For 4790k?

I'm getting 28-30c idle, on a 4790k being cooled by Kraken x61/

Are these temps good?

That's a very good spot to be at idle

Those are extraordinarily great temps. But load temps are what are important.

All temperatures are relative to ambient temperature.

Regardless, idle temperature is not very important. Load temperature should be your primary concern.

My CPU was at a highest of 44C during 4k ultra gaming, but my window was open, lol

The information you've given can't be correct.

You stated:

It's not possible for your rig to idle below ambient.

Sorry I meant 37c outside, in here its like 27c.

Thanks. If you follow Sections 11, 12 & 13 in the Temperature Guide I linked above, you can get thermal benchmarks for load and idle.
