Idling and blue screen

So for the past week, my computer has been freezing a lot and I can't seem to do anything about it. My only option was to forcefully shut it down.
So, for the first time it's done this, I checked 2 things:
- Cleanliness of the hardware (from dust of course)
- Temperatures
After restarting the computer, it seems fine. Then after a short while, I decided to sleep for awhile while downloading some games on Steam, but my brother said after 5-10 minutes after going idle, the blue screen of "Your PC ran into a problem" came up and the screen was showing "Reboot and select proper boot device".
After the screen, I went on to search solutions online.
I went through my BIOS and everything seems ok.
There is no dust on my hardware.
So what seems to be the problem?

When the bluescreen occurs, a specific code of the failure is displayed on the BSOD(bluescreen of death) screen.

Next time when BSOD happens, note that code and post it here. We might be able to help you once we get the code.

Thanks but it seems when the BSOD comes up, the screen goes black too fast for me to even observe what's on the bluescreen.

There will be failure code which helps to figure out the problem. Sometimes it explicitly shows which driver failed.
Try booting into safe mode to isolate bluesceen because of driver issues.
