like the title says Internet Explorer nor Google Chrome will log on and I do have internet service it's working

Need some more info, when you say "log on" do you mean they won't display any pages or are you actually trying to logon to some web site?

Need details about the computer, brand/model, how are you connecting to your router, what did you try already? How did you test your internet service?
