IE 9 and Adobe Flash player

I have installed Windows 7 (32 bit)and Internet explorer 9. Adobe Flash player does not work

Did you install the 32bit version of IE9?

I found the answer:
Restart
Internet Options (control panel)
Avanced Tab
Click RESET button, Checkmark to Delete Personal Settings and click RESET

IE Youtube will now work.
