Is there a way of adding or altering a favorite URL without actually going to
the web site?

My problem is that there are some addresses in the form of:
www.website.com/signin

When that address is enterred you are immediately transferred to a very long
URL that includes session id, etc. If the new address is stored as the
favorite it will not work at a later time since the session id will have
expired.

I want to enter www.website.com/signin as the favorite and can't.

Hi

Try this:

Open Favourites then right click on the appropriate one, select Properties
and alter the URL box.
