IE will not maximize when grouped in taskbar

We use SCCM to load our operating systems. It has had several issues but most we have fixed or have found registry fixes we use for a work around. There is one issue that has been a constant problem that we can not work around. Anytime you minimize a group of IE windows you are unable maximize them. Yes, it is a simple solution to right click and tell them to maximize but this is for a hospital with many computer illiterate users and telling each one they would need to do this is a bad solution.

Is there some kind of registry that is causing this?

Your problem descriptions seems to be a bit incomplete. I don't get how you want to maximize the IE windows if not this way?

I want to be able to click on the group and either select the specific window I want or have the whole group maximize like it is supposed to. Instead of right clicking on the icon and telling it to maximize, most users will never grasp this and will have to be trained.
