Hello, im trying to install the newest realtek audio driver and I get the error The Realtek Ethernet Controller was not found. If Deep Sleep Mode is enabled. Please Plug the Cable. I have tried to clear the cmos by removing the cmos battery for 10 minutes but it didn't work. Please help me

That's the message you get if you try to install the Realtek PCI-E ethernet drivers and don't have the correct hardware, not audio drivers. What are your *exact* computer specs and where is the *exact* driver you're trying to download?
