if gta 5 will support on my new buying gpu

i have a doubt that if this grapic card nivida zotac gt 730 will support gta 5 and asasin creed unity on medium grapic my spec is
cpu:intel pentium g2020
ram :4gb ddr3
pleas help

You won't be able to play them at all at 1080p resolution.
For any lower resolutions , AC Unity won't run even on the lowest settings . That game has very high requirements and needs a quad core CPU and a better GPU.
As for the GTA 5...... maybe at lower resolutions , on lowest settings you will get ~ 30 fps, but I doubt about it.
