If Gtx 660 can still handle gaming in 2k17

Im thinking to buy an gtx 660 graphics card because gtx 660 is cheaper and it suitable for my budget. I want know that gtx 660 can handle any game on market at 720p with medium to high settings with smooth 30+ fps.

It's a 2gb vram card, so some games may limit you on which settings you can use, even at 720p. Also, in some games your framerate depends on your CPU as well as the videocard. So the 660 might not be the limiting factor, since the lower in resolution you go, the more important the CPU is. Otherwise the 660 should manage 30fps at 720p.
