So, i just bought a new SSD but the thing is when i boot from it, my HD isn't listed with device manager nor disk management.
Right now i'm booting from my HD and i can see my SSD just fine.
What can i do to solve this?

A couple of things come to mind...

First, not to be a jerk, but are you sure it's not in Disk Management. Unavailable disks are sometimes shown at the bottom of the list and you have to scroll the list down.

Second, you might have a bad SATA port, which might allow the BIOS to see the disk but windows not (I wonder if you're switching SATA ports when you switch boot drive). Anyway, try a different SATA cable and port.

Lastly, I've seen new disks not appear in Disk Management only to suddenly appear after a reboot or two.
