If I buy an i5 6500, Will I have a bottleneck?

AMD FX-6300
GTX 950
8GB of DDR3
MSI MS-7641
CM 500w PSU

If I were to upgrade to a:
i5-6500 3.2GHz
Gigabyte GA-H110M

Will my system bottleneck? my budget is $300 together.

No the i5 would not bottleneck anything. At least get a B150 board.
