Question If I can't load vpn on router, does my magicjack phone make my whole network vulnerable?

As far as I'm told, there's no way to load directly on the phone device. Does that defeat having a vpn at all?
I currently have vpn directly on my smart tv and pc, my only other devices. Thanks in advance for any insights.

Generally a router with NAT and no bad practices like allowing remote admin access, provides a pretty secure home network. I don't think that having a VOIP adapter significantly compromises your network.
