If I change the MOBO with an OEM license, and have the license linked, will I have to get new windows?

I am looking about upgrading my MOBO, but don't want to buy a new windows license. I have it my Microsoft account linked with my windows license (It is an OEM copy). So if I upgrade do I have to get new windows, or can I just use the linked account..
