If I don't run games at all on my computer, do I need vulkan runtime libraries? Would I be OK deleting it?

Id like to delete Vulkan Runtime Library from my computer because I don't do any gaming. Would I be harming my computer by deleting this program?

It was installed by nVidia the last time you updated your video driver. It's a bit like OpenGL and Directx. Vulcan is a new graphics standard. It's not malware or a virus Just leave it. You can delete it but it will only be reinstalled next time you update.
