That's a very simple BIOS.
You don't even have to enter the BIOS to select a boot device.
Turn on the PC, and immediately press the Esc key repeatedly until the Startup Menu opens.
Press the F9 key to select the boot device.

When you download and run the Windows 10 Media creation tool you will have the choice to upgrade that PC
On the What do you want to do? page, select Upgrade this PC now, and then select Next. That will install it on the PC instead of creating a USB installation media.
If you are having problems with Windows 7 and you upgrade to Windows 10 the issues might appear on the new OS.
I suggest you perform a clean installation.

If your lacking media to burn an ISO or create a USB flash drive Win 10 installation. You can take the long road.

Download the Windows 10 installation and perform an in-place upgrade. After Windows 7 gets upgraded to 10, then proceed with a subsequent Windows 10 factory reset.

Be sure to back up all your personal data first however.

What i mean by saying format/download windows 10 without a flash drive or DVD is to dowanlowd the windows 10 installer and sellect Upgrade this pc now now.But i dont know how it actully works. If i backup all my stuff and press Upgrade this pc now and sellect i want to Everything be deleted, including files and apps will all be good?By good i mean when all stuuf is done i'll have a 'fress new pc' with windows 10?

Micro Center (if you have one near by) has a 16GB USB 2.0 flash drive for $3.99. Dirt cheap.

I recommend getting at least three of them for the following reasons.

1. For Windows 10 installation media

2. Backup recovery media for BMR (bare metal recovery, such as with Veeam). Throw it in a paper envelop and mark "In case of emergency!!!". Should your primary drive/s fail, you can always boot from the USB drive and recover from backups stored elsewhere (on another USB drive, or NAS share).

3. Utility reasons. Maybe to boot from Memtest86, or some other bootable diagnostic utility. Or, say you want to reset your SSD back to factory defaults using the manufacture reset utility. Also works for needing to perform BIOS updates...etc

Yes i know that but its dificult to work with the bios. But i am gonna try it thanks.
