I was just wondering if i install windows 8.1 on one of my users on my pc and leave the other do they both be 8.1??

OK are you asking or saying you have muti accounts on one? system if so I belive win you install win 8.1 it installs on all accounts as far as I know.

Whatever the OS is for 1 user on any given machine, will be the same OS for the rest of the users on the same machine. You would need a dual boot system for different OS's.
