Question if i log off of mail account for a local account, what negative changes may happen ?

if i log off the e-mail from microsoft account and return to a local account in windows 10. will windows still be able to:

1) update windows without problems ?

2) if the pc has a problem and go for a technician, will he still be able to reinstall the original windows using the original windows cd-key?

1 updates work fine

2 you don't use key to reinstall win 10 anymore. Once its used, you don't need it
If tech needs to reinstall win 10, when he reaches screen asking for licence key, he clicks "I don't have one" and PC will continue install and reactivate once its connected to internet.
