That certainly is NOT what I would buy.

But you might be able to get away with it without any future problems.

Not much of a way of finding out without actually buying it and see what happens. Do you mind taking risks to save a bit?

1. Buy a USB thumb drive from your local store.
2. Go to the official Microsoft website and download Windows 11.
3. Make installation media with your download & USB thumb drive.
4. Profit

Huh? It's just a cheap flash drive they've put some install files on -- which are guaranteed to be out of date -- and charge you a lot more for the privilege. There's zero reason to buy this; just buy a flash drive and use Microsoft's very easy method for creating USB install media.
