If I overclock it, will it be as powerful?

If I overclock my FX-8320 to 4.2Ghz, will it perform the same as the FX-8350?
And if not, why? I think they are the same chips, just the 8320 is under-clocked. Thanks.

Yes, same MHz will give same performance.

But, TDP will probably be over the 125W spec since the silicon isn't binned as well.
