If I overclock my ryzen 2700 to 4.1 ghz do I need to increase voltage?

The ryzen 7 turbo boost goes to 4.1 ghz but what if I wanted that all the time? Would I have to increase the voltage?

Only if the OC isn't stable. The lower you can keep the voltage, the better.
But the Ryzen 7 2700 handles turbo mode pretty well. May not really be any point in OC'ing.

Should be able to keep it under 1.4v and at that frequency you will not have trouble.
