If I own GTA V for the PC, can I download it from Rockstar Social Club?

If I already own GTA V for the PC, is there any way I can download it from Rockstar Social Club as long as I'm logged into my account?

I recently had to buy a new hard drive after the one I had died on me.

I own a hard copy of the game but it's many disks and the manual installation process is a pain.
