if i pay for a subscrtiption to wow 15$ does it come with all the expansions?

was wondering as i heard wow changed there play structer but if i pay for a monthly subscriptions will it include all the expansions? iv never played wow. and was wondering if to play if id have to buy all the expansions and pay suibscription or if i could just pay for a subscription to unlock all the expansions
