Use this website to check compatible parts. These should work but the memory is a bit slow. I'd opt for a B350 and 3200MHZ ram.

It will work. Only one suggestion, if you hadn't bought the RAM yet then consider buying faster RAM like 3000MHz as ryzen tends to perform better with higher speed RAM

GT 1030 would work greatly. But why are you purchasing an APU if you already have a dedicated GT 1030? I'd recommend getting a Ryzen 2600 or 1700 for $149 on Ebay . If your budget cannot suffice then get a 1300X or 1200.
