[SOLVED] If i reset my computer, can i change which harddrive to use?

I have a ssd and a hdd. The hdd has more storage and i am currently using the ssd. So if i reset the computer, will windows ask me which one to use?

With a Reset no, Windows Reset doesnt reinstall anything so whichever your OS is installed on will remain teh boot drive.

If you wish to change your boot drive you will need to either reinstall Windows on that disk, or clone the OS drive to a new disk then switch it that way.

Don't focus on terms - "reset the computer" - Tell us what it is now, and what you want the end state to be, and we can probably provide a way forward.

OS
What specific drives
How much data is on each, and what it is
The rest of the components

Was the HDD ever the only drive int he system (and therefor the boot drive) ?

Was Windows installed to the SSD while the HDD was connected? if so, the PC may not boot without the HDD being present. You can shutdown and disconnect the HDD and then see if it will boot up into Windows test this.
