This might be a dumb question but if I sell my used processor is there any files or anything that someone can see? Do I need to delete files, apps, etc? Or can I just give it to someone and have no problems?

Solution
If it is just the CPU by itself you are fine. The only thing that stores information "permanently" is your hard drive, so you don't have to wipe anything from the CPU (except the thermal paste :) ).

Perhaps you need to clarify. Are you talking about a whole computer and calling it a CPU or are you just talking about the CPU chip?
The CPU itself stores nothing at all as already mentioned (and it's cache not cash :)) All anyone can learn from it is what kind of CPU you used to own.
