Hi, i have a question. im using amd fx 8320e (3.2ghz). it can be turbo boost max to (4.0) using OC Genie MSI 970 gaming motherboard BIOS. will it effect life span of my CPU?.

Plus what is the different between "overclocking" and turbo boost?

Turbo is automatic and not 'overclocking'. It's a way to boost CPU speeds when only a single core is active. Newer Intel architectures can boost multiple cores depending on need. Ryzen might can too. Cores are 'boosted' based on need, heat and voltages. It's built in though so you aren't overclocking anything. It's an advertised feature and fully part of the warranty.
