I disabled the c-state C1E, C3, C6 because when my pc is idle i get coil whine.
Is bad idea do this?
When these cststes are disabled my coil whine disappears but i dont know if do this is bad for the hardware , bad temp, .etc , im not overclocking.

Solution
C-States are simply power-saving features. With a non-overclocked processor you'd generally leave these features enabled, but the amount of energy you'd save is negligible.

PSU coil whine can be a side-effect, so I'd keep the states disabled.
