If my computer uses 570w-600w how many watts does it use roughly an hour? KWH?

Not sure exactly how it works but I have 650w PSU and my pc uses about 590w or something like that at least that's what I was told by some guys on here that calculated for me.
I think kwh costs 0.10p

Solution
At full load, your PC is about the equivalent of 3-4 100w incandescent light bulbs, or 10 CFL bulbs.
At idle, maybe 1 or 2 CFL bulbs.
KWH = kilowatts per hour
If your system uses ~600w at full load, and it is running 24/7 at 100% load, you will pay ~4.3 quid per month to run it.
(based on your 0.10p per kwh)

However, since it is NOT running 100% load 24/7, your monthly cost will be less than that.

Here are my 3570K overclocked results.

3570K
GTX 570HD
16 GB Ram

I measured power draw from the wall. It was a 80 Plus Gold power supply, but remember at small loads the power supply is less efficent, so without looking up the Antec 850 HCP, I'll just pull a number off the top of my head, and say it was 80% efficent at that 317 watt load. This means the PC was only drawing like 250 watts during 3D Mark tests (the highest draw from my measurements).

I don't even know how the hell it works the system I have tracks how much kwh I'm using it goes up by few per hour I think the actual kwh is £13.40 so how much will it cost to run it on a full month that way? based on my new kwh price

No, your kwh cost is not £13.40.
Looking around, I see prices between 9p and 17p per kwh. (I don't live in UK)

on the meter it says cost "£13.40" what could that mean do you think I know it prob isn't 13.40 but hmmm what do you think

What was the entire bill last month?

£10 a week, but I've recently started using electricity for heating also which I use about £2 a day.
