If my gpu is in perfect working condition or not

I bought a gtx 970, Msi 4G OC version. I do not know how but i had burning issue. I repired the card and it is running. Is there any tools or software to check my gpu is working fine like before?! The man who repaired the card told me, there was short circuit. Will it harm my gpu performance?!

no, if there was a problem with the card (if it came with the card), MSI will cover to repair it (or completely replace it)!
now that someone has messed with it, you lost your warrenty.

what exactly is this "burning issue"??

I Live in bangladesh. Here, warranty voids if there is anything like burning chips. I do not know how but i found something watery in the back portion of my card and there was burning smell. Whenever i switched on the pc, it ran for 1 sec, then stopped.
