If my GPU, PSU, Motherboard work for my desktop PC which I'm upgrading [Help]

Hello,
I have a lenovo k450 which I bought a few months ago and It brought a Geforce GT 635 2GB and I'm planning to upgrade it. I ordered a GTX 750ti 2GB and I'm about to order a new PSU and my question is.. would my motherboard be capable to work with these 2 new components. The motherboard is a lenovo motherboard and I couldn't find that much information about it and I have no clue on where else to look.. I downloaded CPU Z and took a screenshot of the motherboard info part:

Hi mate,from what I van see your motherboard has a pce 3.0 slot so yes gtx 750ti will work.And the 500 watt psu is more than enough.cheers

OEM Pc's can be a pain in the behind while upgrading, but I see the mobo is intel b85 so you are good with the GFX. The PSu is decent, here is a nice tier 2 for a few more bucks.
