If my SATA cable is at 90º or more will it result in data loss

This is what it told me in the manual
"Please do not fold the SATA or SATAe cable at 90-degree angle. Data loss may result during transmission otherwise."

Does that mean only at 90º data loss might happen or anything past 90º.

That just means you don't make a sharp 90 degree (or more) bend.
A gentle turn is fine.
Its about folding, IE forcing the cable into a position that might damage the internal wires.
Once you damaged the wires there is no coming back, Folding it the opposite way wont fix the wires that were damaged.
