If Operating system 1 not found, will the 2nd automatically boot?

Subject says it all, i've got 2 operating systems ( windows 7 ) on each of my hard drives, i've already chosen which one i want to boot at the startup, and my question is, if i remove the default hard drive, will the 2nd operating system automatically boot?

sorry, you are right, you have 2 o/s on each drive, i missed that
