If Opteron 170 OC better, then why buy 175?

I was just wondering if there was any benefit to buying a Opteron 175 over a 170 if its $100 more and doesnt overclock as well. Beside from the higher stock frequency, I see that as no benefit to me if I'm overclocking better than the 175.

I know RichPLS has a 175 so if there is a benefit to having a 175 over 170 please let me know. Thank you.

you could oc more with the 175 i heard but it's your choice!

Clearly Rich is right so why would you want the 175?
